Chalet Apartment L'Oree du Bois 1 is one of six comfortable and smart properties built for the winter 2025-26 season in La Rosiere. Each apartment has been carefully decorated in a contemporary style, with wood predominating, and is furnished to a high standard. The main residence, which gives each apartment fabulous far-reaching views across the main valley, is located in a quiet residential area yet is within easy reach of the main lifts and ski school meeting points etc via the free resort shuttle service that stops nearby.

Apartment 1 is a stylish ground-floor property offering 106 square metres of space across two floors and comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. There is a spacious living area that opens onto a large terrace which offers panoramic views across the valley, creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area and practical amenities such as ski lockers with boot dryers. The sleeping arrangements include two twin bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room and wc, one double bedroom, a quad bunk room and en-suite shower room, and a further 'cabin' room with a bunk bed. There are also an additional separate shower room with walk-in shower and a separate wc.
