Hotels in Ellmau

There is a small selection of charming, traditional hotels in Ellmau, a pretty resort which links directly into the large SkiWelt ski area. The Hotel Hochfilzer is right in the centre of the old village so this is the best hotel to choose if you like to soak up the atmosphere of a resort. All the shops, bars and restaurants are on the doorstep of the hotel which has its own fairly lively residents' bar.

If you are a keen skier and want easy access to the lifts of the large ski area of the SkiWelt then the Sporthotel Ellmau is less than a minute's walk from either the Marcher Chairlift of the Voiterstatlift. From the top of these lifts you can either go right or left to connect with other lifts. The Hotel Claudia is a charming, small three star property that is located between the Voiterstatlift and the village centre, being just two minutes' walk from either.
