Chalet Perdrix 1

Chalet Perdrix 1 in La Rosiere are located in the centre of the Les Eucherts area of La Rosiere. As this is a relatively new development skier convenience is very much in mind and guests can ski back to within 50 metres of the resdidence. The Les Eucherts Express 6-seater chairlift, ESF ski school meeting point and nursery slopes are about 200 metres from the chalet; the ski hire and other shops are even closer.

Les Eucherts links to the main resort of La Rosiere 1850 via a pretty forest track which can be easily walked in 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a short local bus ride. However, with its own ski school, hire outlets, bowling alley, ice-rink, bars and restaurants, Les Eucherts is a fully fledged resort centre in itself.

This chalet apartment is on the 1st floor of the Perdrix Residence. The very generously sized open plan lounge and dining area has plenty of comfortable seating around the fireplace, as well as a balcony with far-reaching views of the surrounding mountains, including the Aiguille Rouge above the resort on the opposite side of the valley of Les Arcs. The property has four en-suite guest bedrooms and a further two rooms that share a separate shower room with wc opposite. These bedrooms can only be booked together if one group books the whole chalet.

The property has spacious, well appointed bedrooms (which isn't the norm in modern developments) all with en-suite facilities. There are two saunas and a hot tub on the same floor as this chalet apartment (shared with two other chalet apartments in the same building) and these spa facilities offer a lovely way to unwind after a day on the slopes. You also have the benefit of a ski deposit on this floor with heated boot rooms. The main entrance to the Perdrix chalets is at the rear of the building on the second floor, with plenty of covered parking on the ground floor.
