Ski chalet holidays La Rosiere - where to stay

There are two distinct centres to La Rosiere. The original older resort centre to the west and the newer development of chalets and resort amenities in Les Eucherts.

Staying at Les Eucherts is arguably the more practical option as this area has been developed very much with the skier in mind. Most of the chalets in the Les Eucherts area of La Rosiere (with Ski Beat, The Alpine Generation and Mountain Heaven) are located close to the edge of the piste, and not far from the base of the main lifts and the ski school meeting point. Although Les Eucherts is the smaller in scale of the two resort centres there are all the shops, restaurants, bars and ski hire outlets that you could need for your holiday.

The older centre, 2km from Les Eucherts, is more sprawling with some of the cheaper chalets located down the hill, too far away from the main Roches Noires chairlift to access by foot. However, the chalets in this part of La Rosiere (many with Ski Esprit) are often located close to the edge of the piste making some of them at least ski in.
