Chalet Tiroler Hof

The Chalet Tiroler Hof is located in the heart of Serfaus with all the charm of this increasingly popular ski resort on your doorstep. As well as a great location it offers old world Tyrolean atmosphere with lots of wood panelling, especially in the dining room and bar area. There is also a spa area in the lower floor with sauna, steam room, showers and a relaxation area with loungers.

The main lift station is approximately 800 metres away. However, the U-Bahn metro line has a stop (Zentrum) which is less than 50 metres from the hotel. There is a direct service between here and the main lift station making the journey in just a couple of minutes.

NB: This chalet is operated by a Dutch tour operator, who have been in the catered ski chalet business since 1977, operating 37 ski chalets in France, Austria and Italy.

The main difference between a 'normal' British-run chalet, which you will be familiar with, and the Dutch product is that afternoon tea and cakes are not included. However, house wine, beers, soft drinks, and tea and coffee are available and are included in the cost of your holiday.

Breakfasts will be continental in style with cheese, hams and bread, yogurt and fruit juices, tea and coffee.

Below are examples of typical evening dinners:

Starter: Basil bruschetta with fresh tomato and mozzarella.
Main: Meat loaf with roasted onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, pomme gratin, salad with red onion, cucumber, feta and olives.
Pud: Poached pears with chocolate mousse.

Or

Starter: Giant mushrooms stuffed with bacon and bleu d'Auvergne served with a warm 'Morzinoise' roll.
Main: Braised cod with a mustard cream sauce, mashed potatoes and roasted winter vegetables.
Pud: Warm pear apple crumb pie with ice cream.

Afternoon tea and cakes are not included in the cost of the holiday. If you would like to have afternoon tea and cakes you can pay a small supplement. Please call for details.
