Edy holds the respected title of 'Maestro di Sci' from the Italian Ski School. He also has the Professional Race Coach qualification certified by FISI S.T.F. (the Italian Association for Snowsports). His background and degree in Food & Beverage help him create memorable skiing experiences with a gastronomic twist.
