Hotel Saaserhof

" It's difficult to say whether we would stay again as the decor of our room was awful, room 303. It was extremely 80's and in dire need of updating. The size and cleanliness was very good but considering it was four star, no bath, no flat screen TV, just no finer touches. I feel for the money we paid, very disappointing. The staff and restaurant at the hotel, however, were excellent and helped to make our holiday. They were very accommodating for our 4 year old daughter by cooking her excellent meals of virtually anything we requested, much appreciated. On the whole the hotel had a very pleasant vibe. This is an easy resort if you have young children with you, as the nursery slopes are very good and easily accessible by walking. Sarah (Alpine Answers) worked extremely hard to find the right holiday for us and we did in fact go back to her original suggestion after our initial conversation, so she was very good and homing in on our needs quickly. Sarah also assisted me nearer the holiday with ski school etc. questions, many thanks for a job well done. "
