Hotel L'Etable

Hotel L'Etable in Les Crosets fell under new management in 2024 and the duo running this delightful hotel have breathed new life into it. With just 17 bedrooms the service given to guests is very attentive and mixes efficient Swiss hospitality with a friendly and informal atmosphere.

There are various room types with village view (20sqm) and mountain view (24sqm) rooms, and also family rooms (28sqm). There is also a large duplex suite (70sqm) with open mezzanine space and two bathrooms (sleeping up to 6 guests), a sitting room with fireplace, kitchenette and balcony with stunning views of the famous Dents du Midi mountain range. All the other bedrooms can take one or two extra beds and each has TV, hairdryer and lounge area.

The hotel is located on the edge of the piste and right by the Chapelle drag lift. This short lift takes skiers and boarders up to the main Les Crosets gondola station which is 250m away. The charming village of Les Crosets sits on a sunny, south facing plateau just below 1,700m altitude, and its centre is just a three-minute walk away from the hotel.

The hotel has a small sitting room and a bar but the main communal area is the restaurant which serves delicious mountain fare either on a half board basis or a la carte. The J-Steakhouse is well known locally and mouthwatering locally reared meats are cooked to perfection on an open fire. The breads and cheeses are also locally sourced and ensure guests receive a gastronomic experience.

With its authentic alpine experience, amazing south facing views of the Dents du Midi, welcoming atmosphere and direct ski in ski out access to one of the largest ski areas in the world (the Portes du Soleil) the Hotel L'Etable is a real gem.
