Overview
In 2004 the Hotel Schweizerhof marked its centenary with a wholesale redevelopment. 30 new rooms were added and also the incredible BergSpa wellness centre. The interior designers succeeded in achieving a unique interpretation of design and nature that exudes a certain elegance and chic styling while still radiating a cosy atmosphere of comfort and tranquillity. There are 5 restaurants for guests to choose from, the focal point being the new restaurant 7078.
The hotel has a great position in the centre of the resort. The bus that accesses the ski area stops right opposite the hotel.
12 Budget rooms (ca. 25 m2) with separate shower/WC are equipped with a flat screen TV, radio, safe as well as a minibar with mineral water. 30 spacious Alpine Chic rooms (40 m2), a translucent larch wood wall divides the bath area with large bathtub and rain shower from the sleeping and living area. The toilet is separate. All Alpine Chic rooms have a large balcony with a wooden bench. 32 Nostalgia rooms (25-30 m2) in the building from the fin de siecle, the bath area with bath/shower/WC is fully divided from the sleeping and living area.
