Overview
The origins of the Adler Spa Resort date back to 1810 when the Sanoner family (who still own the property) bought the Adler Guesthouse, a handsome Tyrolean inn that still forms the heart of the building. Today the hotel is a fine five-star spa-resort with 110 bedrooms with some amazing facilities. The modernised décor with dark leather and hide furnishings, wood-panelled walls and oak-plank floors is particularly stylish and welcoming. The Children's Club and thermal pools make this a very popular hotel for families with children.
All the bedrooms are light and spacious, most with large, panelled windows and a panoramic balcony overlooking the town and looking towards the mountain peaks beyond. The traditional-modern décor is clean and neutral.
The food is of a very high standard with the daily gourmet dinner consisting of five-or six-courses. Help yourself to the excellent salad buffet to begin, then choose from a daily set menu offering seasonal Italian and Mediterranean dishes, or Alpine traditional cuisine with a contemporary twist.
The facilities and activities on offer are extensive, and included in the room rate is a welcome drink, a bus pass, free shuttle to the ski lifts and daily activities (guided skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, e-biking and fitness classes). Guests also get access to the vast spa complex, which boasts thermal indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, Turkish baths, whirlpool tubs, salt grottoes, work-out rooms and relaxation areas.
The Children's Club will amuse the little ones with activities, excursions and meals, and for the bigger ones there are table football and pool table. Beauty and wellness treatments from Ayurveda to Zen massages, and convivial wine tastings in the cantina are available at an extra cost.
Great for all the family as the facilities are amazing - spa, pools, Children's Club and various daily activities. Food and service is first class.
