Hotel Strobl

If you like a family friendly run hotel the Hotel Strobl in Sexten is the one for you. The hotel has been run by the same family for over 50 years and they know how to look after their clients extremely well. The staff are always friendly and professional and the food served in the restaurant is something special.

All the rooms in the hotel are decorated in a typical Tyrolean-style with a balcony as well as satellite TV, wooden furnishings and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some rooms offer mountain views.

There is a lovely lounge and bar area to relax in and the restaurant is cosy and traditional in style.

The hotel has a spa facility which includes a Finnish sauna and steam room, while any treatments are on request.

Next door to the hotel the owners have painstakingly converted a beautiful old barn into lovely apartments which are ideal for families or couples. The Wassermann apartments comfortably sleep 2 to 4 people. Guests staying in the apartments are entitled to use the facilities of the hotel and can also have half board if so desired.

The hotel is a short walk into the centre of the small village of Sexten. The ski lifts are 400 metres away but you can leave your skis and boots overnight at the ski shop next to the lifts. There is also a local bus stop 100 metres away which will drop you off by the lifts.
