Under the direction of chef Alexis Chaillou, the restaurant will offer fusion dishes that blend Asian, European and Latin American traditions. Wagyu beef tataki, duck confit gyozas, and many other surprises await you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The motto at Altayaki? Sharing, for moments of gastronomy to savour together. Casa Alta, the main restaurant, offers transalpine cuisine with a 3-course menu replacing the former buffet for our half-board guests. Enjoy a delicious selection of starters and main courses merging the authentic flavours of Italy and the French Alps, with a dessert buffet to crown your dinners.
