Overview
The Hotel du Montet in Val d'Isere has a fantastic location in one of the most picturesque areas of the Val d'Isere valley. Situated in the heart of the old hamlet of Le Fornet, this bijou hotel is only 3 minutes' walk from the main Le Fornet cable car which gives easy access to the whole of the Espace Killy ski area. If you want to access the main resort centre (2km away) there is a free shuttle bus that runs until after midnight. For the more experienced skier, there is an unpisted track that leads directly back to the hotel.
Dinner can be taken in the hotel on a table d'hotes basis (booked in the morning). This is available on six evenings during the week.
There are 12 simply furnished bedrooms which are either configured as twins, doubles or family rooms with mezzanine area sleeping up to 4 people. There are also a few interconnecting bedrooms.
The Hotel du Fornet will take weekend bookings subject to availability.
Perfect for keen skiers or boarders on a budget. There is easy access to the Le Fornet lift in the morning and good skiers will be able to ski back almost to the hotel's door at the end of the day.
