Overview
The Airelles Val d'Isere has replaced the old Hotel Brussels which stood in pride of place on the snow front for many decades. The all new property, owned by the prestigious Les Airelles hotel group, harks back to a golden age of traditional luxury alpine lodging.
Set to be one of the region's most iconic hotels the Airelles Val d'Isere features 41 private rooms including 9 suites and five apartments, each with personal butler to look after guests' needs.
Located on the fifth and top floor of Airelles Val d'Isere, the five apartments overlook the ski slopes from their balcony. In each apartment, guests can immerse themselves in the winter world of Val d'Isere and discover spacious bedrooms with large living rooms and adjoining bathrooms, where guests can enjoy a shower-hammam and a bathtub to indulge in the magic of winter.
With two on-site restaurants, a 1,200 square metre luxury Spa Guerlain, 9,000 square foot sun terrace and brand new LOULOU restaurant (serving Italian and Mediterranean flavours) this hotel will raise the bar for standards of luxury in Val d'Isere yet higher. The La Grande Ourse is one of the legendary restaurants of Val d'Isere and serving traditional, local style cuisine. For generations, the restaurant has offered a menu of Savoyard specialities, where the ingredients are carefully selected from the best producers in the region. Enjoy regional specialities such as fondue, raclette or the iconic dessert, Bolet de Solaise, in an authentic setting that honours the Savoie region. A true icon, La Grande Ourse is a delight for lovers of local cuisine and fine wines.
With the Les Airelles brand and luxury know-how behind it the Chateau Mademoiselle is an exciting new addition to Val d'Isere's snowfront.
