Hotel Village Montana

" A great hotel at the price. Very helpful staff, wonderful food and excellent rooms. Probably not the best place for younger people seeking good night life, but excellent for families and older travellers. They also have a shop for hiring equipment on the premises as well as storage lockers in the hotel. Tignes is generally pretty good with a wide enough range of slopes for intermediate skiers such as us. The ESF is efficiently run and there were plenty of good English speaking staff and teachers. Main problem is that the slopes are not well marked and the maps are not good - difficult for first timers to find their way around. On Alpine Answers: Claire, and later Jen, who took over for reasons not explained, were very good and helpful and provided an outstanding and very helpful service. We had a great time and hope to come back to you in the future. "

" Staff first rate. Excellent Public areas. Good facilities & location. Food good. Beds are bloody awful. Internet access easily overwhelmed with excess demand......not good enough if one depends on it while away.... "
