" The hotel was quite nice but a little bit out of town and so not close to the ski lifts - we either had to walk a fair way or get the bus. However, the hotel did have its own ski hire that made up for the travel in part. There was good food in the restaurant and the rooms were generally of a high standard. Morzine has great restaurants and shops and bars. "

" The hotel is a great building with good facilities but lacking atmosphere, most evenings we were the only ones at the bar. The food was over complicated - only one Savoyard dish served in the week. "

" This is a good hotel which could be a great hotel. Bedrooms are small but newly refurbished and very comfortable. Public area is very nice. Food overall is good and waiting staff are very pleasant. Breakfast could be more organised. Lady on duty between 7 and before waiter arrived is ineffective. Sauna and steam room nice but lacking in basic requirements such as drinking water and relaxation area. I mentioned this to manager and he shrugged and told me to get water at the bar - health and safety issue carrying glasses of water down stairs to a tiled are - usually find herbal teas and water in plastic cups in these areas. "
