Hotel Bergerie

The Marullaz family (now the 3rd generation to manage the hotel) will offer a warm welcome at the Hotel Bergerie which is located in the very heart of Morzine.

There is a large selection of room types from family suites to smaller single bedrooms but they all are decorated with warm fabrics, imaginative motifs and a unique decorative style. All rooms have en-suite facilities and some have a kitchenette area and a balcony over-looking the outdoor heated swimming pool. There is a spacious and cosy lounge area to relax in next to the open fireplace, while children can be entertained in the games room. Although this hotel is perfect for couples or groups of friends families are best suited to the hotel. Children under 12 years of age stay for free when sharing a room with two adults.

The hotel believes that every child that stays with them is a VIP. At dinner there is even a special children's table. All ages much in and sometimes the older children will help the Caroline, the hotel manageress, serve the younger children. The tablemats are ideal for drawing on, or colouring in, before or after dinner, which is served at 7.30pm. Afterwards the children tend to head off to the games room. It's a tradition to invite the oldest children to the 'Table du Berger' (Shepherd's Table) a couple of nights a week. Although this is principally an adult dining experience older children will also enjoy the traditional dishes created using fresh local ingredients.
