Overview
The Snow Lodge in Courchevel 1850 (formerly known as the St Louis chalet hotel) has a fantastic location just moments from the centre of the resort and the edge of the Bellecote piste that leads down to the ski school meeting points and the main lift hub of the Croisette. In 2015 the building was fully renovated and turned from a popular British run chalet hotel into a bijou 4 star hotel with indoor spa facilities and a superb sun deck which really comes into its own in March and April.
The internal decor is quirky and modern but the large bar and lounge area on the ground floor is comfortable and welcoming with the open fireplace. The bar is always popular and is known for its cocktail selection and occasional music theme nights - there is always a fun atmosphere at The Snow Lodge.
There are there 36 standard, superior and family rooms as well as a top floor suite with stunning views - the Setai.
Rooms are offered in a Bed & Breakfast basis in low and mid season and on a Half Board basis for high season weeks. However, the restaurant is open all winter for a la carte dinners if you are staying on a B&B basis.
