Overview
This lively hotel has a reputation for good food and service. The hotel is located in the heart of the pedestrian zone of St Anton, about 4 - 5 minutes' walk away from the main Galzig Bahn lift and right in the midst of the St Anton 'action'.
All bedrooms have bath/WC, radio, TV, phone and a small living area. There are a mixture of doubles, singles and suites.
The bar is a popular meeting venue and so there is always a good buzz. The dining room is atmospheric (if a little dated in decor) and there is a separate a la carte steak house dining room and a third restaurant.
Try and get a room in the rear of the hotel as the rooms overlooking the street can be noisy. Besides that The Sporthotel ticks all the right boxes. Jolly friendly staff and atmosphere.
