Hotel Post

" Jack, the Inghams rep in resort, was very helpful with an explanation of the skiing available and the facilities the resort had to offer. The Hotel Post was very good - a very traditional hotel, good service and food. Staff were unfailingly helpful, rooms had been recently refurbished and were a good size. My only negative was that the staff immediately starting clearing up and resetting for breakfast as dinner was finishing. The noise and smell of cleaning products wasn't conducive to a relaxed end to the evening. St Anton was a great centre for our holiday combining alpine charm, great skiing and après-ski. We have used Alpine Answers before and been pleased with the service. This time we needed a good quality hotel for 8 people over the New Year and you provided better options than other (agents) we spoke with. "

" The Hotel post is a good, family run hotel with charming and well trained staff. Excellent breakfasts and good dinners with an interesting wine list. However lacks the touch of a good General Manager to raise the experience from 'good' to 'very good'. Excellent location. Bedrooms spacious, good bathrooms, plenty of seating in communal areas but dining room format is tired. I gather the hotel owners are more interested in their ski shops! This is a resort we already knew and returned because of its charm, good extensive skiing, and excellent mountain restaurants, and we wanted to try out the new link lift between Rauz and Zurs! You provided the 'answer' to my problem with flights, transfers and a hotel in a resort we wanted. I was very grateful for the efficient way Sophie Rees (Alpine Answers) dealt with my questions, then booking. I would use you (and similar companies) as you usually have good knowledge of what you are selling! "
