" The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem. An example is when one of our group became unwell they brought an extra quilt and dropped some dry biscuits up within minutes of asking. The hotel was in a great location and quite central. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was to a very high standard and plentiful. If I had one complaint it would only be that the dining room was very warm. Sarah Revell (Alpine Answers) was very prompt and answered all our questions. Even though it was difficult with the time difference (us being in Australia and you in London) everything was arranged smoothly. "
