Overview
The Stadtvilla was totally renovated in 2019 and is now a boutique hotel with much style and charm. It is located in the centre of Schladming, in a quiet side street, yet just a few metres from the main square. The main Planai lift station, can be reached comfortably on foot in less than 5 minutes. At the end of the day you can ski back to the Planai and enjoy the amazing après ski in the famous Hohenhaus Tenne après ski bar.
The modern and elegant bedrooms and suites are both cosy and stylish with plenty of mod cons. The bathrooms are also new and smart.
The hotel offers a sky spa on the 4th floor which has a bio-sauna, rain shower and relax area.
Breakfast is plentiful and served in a buffet format in the new breakfast room.
Newly renovated the Stadtvilla is a great place to enjoy all that Schladming has to offer at a reasonable price.
