Overview
The four star Bergers Sporthotel is a family-run hotel in a superb central location, just a two minute walk to the slopes and the Schattberg gondola station.
A hot and cold breakfast buffet and a four course evening meal are served in the kitsch and unique dining room. All bedrooms come with cable TV, telephone, hairdryer and safe.
Situated right in the middle of the lively Saalbach resort, the hotel has everything you could need for an amazing ski holiday - especially if you are looking for an energetic and lively holiday close by to the après ski scene and nightlife. As well as being near to the central bars, there is a nightclub underneath the hotel which is accessed by a separate entrance and is open to the public. The weekly music night with the resident Elvis impersonator is also not to be missed.
If you prefer to have a more relaxing evening, there is a leisure area in the hotel that includes a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. At an extra cost, there are also beauty treatments and massages available at the spa.
The interior decor is a 'marmite thing' - you will either love it or hate it. However, a stay here would undoubtedly be a lot of fun.
