Overview
The excellent Tiefenbrunner has become a well-loved hotel with its traditional style, welcoming staff and owner Maria Brunner. It is centrally located and convenient for the Hahnenkamm gondola. The hotel has been welcoming guests here for hundreds of years. Owned and run by the family since 1810 it has kept much of its old-world charm and yet has been tastefully modernised to meet guests' needs.
Rooms are cosy and welcoming with standard rooms to luxury suites decorated with antique furniture. Every room tells a story and all rooms come equipped with cable TV, radio, hairdryer, mini-bar, telephone and High speed internet access. On request are 2-roomed family suites (with separate living room and bedroom) and junior suites.
The brand new spa is equipped with all the latest facilities, Kitzbuhel's renowned Grander water and run by highly trained staff. It offers a unique perspective of the surrounding mountain scenery, dominated by the imposing crest of the Kitzbuheler Horn. With the new and spacious indoor swimming pool, Finnish and Bio Saunas and the steam room, there are plenty of things to help you relax and unwind.
A very decent and honest 4 star hotel situated in about as good a location as one could wish for. There is a very nice indoor pool and good spa facilities and the staff are welcoming and friendly. It's not luxurious but it's not pretending to be either - it's just a very reliable and very comfortable 4 star hotel. One that gets our vote of confidence.
