" The hotel was outstanding. The staff were fantastic - they dealt with our large and varied group efficiently and with ever ready smiles. The skiing in Ischgl is good but not very challenging. Great for our mixed bag of abilities though. They groom the pistes so well that there is little challenging piste skiing left. The lift system is fabulous and we never queued. On mountain restaurants varied and were always very busy but coped and were clean with good food and obliging staff. I chose Alpine Answers because I can't stand trolling through the brochures myself and love the fact I can give you the guidelines and then you give me possibilities and tailor-make the holiday to my requirements. "

" Nothing was too much trouble at the hotel. Great customer service and very kind people. We loved Ischgl - beautiful and varied ski terrain, superb modern lifts meant hardly any queues. All mountain restaurants very good quality good and modern but well designed. The hotel was very comfortable and family friendly. All facilities excellent. The food quality was good and the restaurant staff very attentive. Great with children. The family apartments were more dated than rest of the hotel but worked perfectly for a family of 4 and were very comfortable. We would definitely go back again. "

The facilities are excellent. We loved Ischgl - it just all works - It is all superbly designed - The lifts, the escalators the way to get around resort all fantastic. "
