Ski Hire in Verbier (Nendaz)
There are several different ski hire shops in Nendaz ranging from good value options with the likes of Ski Republic, Swissrent and Intersport, through to smaller independent stores such as the one managed by Neige Aventure in Nendaz.
If you are staying in a catered chalet the staff may drive you to and from your chosen ski hire shop at the beginning and end of your holiday so that you can pick up and drop off your equipment. If there is no driver service available there is always the resort free bus service which will get you around Nendaz easily enough.

Select your accommodation from the drop down list (see map below) to show where you are staying in relation to their stores.
The online booking process is as easy as pie. There is no need to enter your shoe size, weight or height. Simply choose your 1st ski day (usually the day after you arrive in resort), the number of days you wish to hire for and what category of equipment you wish to book. On booking you will receive an email receipt for your booking with an attached voucher. Please print this voucher and present at any SKISET store in your resort.
For each quality category there are many different makes and models of skis and snowboards to choose from. The shop staff in resort will help you select the best equipment from the category you booked to match your ability, preferred ski terrain (piste, park or off-piste) and the prevailing ski/snowboarding conditions.

- OnTheMountain: This brand and the affiliated brand of 'Neige Aventure' are names which are synonymous with the ski resort of Nendaz. In 1989 they set up their Ski School and today they also have 5 restaurants and bars under their management: the Cactus Saloon, La Terasse de la Cantina, La Cantina, Le Carnotz and the Tipi de Siviez (their on piste restaurant).
OnTheMountain have two rental stores, one located at No. 18 Route de la Télécabine (which our clients use) and the other which is pretty much opposite at the bottom of the Route de Bernoud. Both stores are in the centre of Nendaz and approximately 400 metres from the main lift station.
Extended ski hire for 7 or more days

The top category of rental equipment available through any holiday company is the 'Excellence' category (which we price below). However, if you book directly through the SKISET website there is a more expensive 'Premium' category available for those that have to have the best no matter the extra cost. Insurance is not included when you book your equipment through our site below. However, it is available to purchase in-store and costs approx 1.00euro per day (please ask for it when you pick up your equipment). This insurance will cover you against costs incurred from the ski hire store for theft, or damage to equipment. It may be that your travel insurance already covers this but you should check with your insurance provider if this is the case.
