Apartment Iona in Zermatt was new to our portfolio for the winter 2024-25 and we are delighted to be able to offer this exceptional property.
This 100 square metre duplex property is located on the upper floors of a comfortable residence near the centre of Zermatt. The apartment has a wonderful south facing aspect with spectacular views over the centre of resort and the Matterhorn Mountain. There are two separate bedrooms, each has en-suite facilities. The master double room has a bathroom and the twin/double has an en-suite shower room.
Apartment Iona is, light and bright - it has a fireplace, an open plan kitchen, wood panelling throughout and smart marble bath/shower rooms. The kitchen is equipped with fondue and raclette set and there are laundry facilities (washer and tumble dryer) that are available for use by guests.
The main residence offers a heated ski and boot room and there is an elevator from ground floor level to access Apartment Iona which is on the two uppermost floors of the residence.
Apartment Iona is a comfortable two-bedroom penthouse property with sensational views over-looking the resort of Zermatt and the Matterhorn Mountain. Two minutes' walk to the nearest bus stop, 3 minutes' walk from the pedestrian centre and 7 minutes' walk from the Sunnegga funicular railway lift.
