Overview
Chalet No.14 in Verbier is one of the biggest and most impressive chalets available to rent in Verbier. This chalet was formerly a hotel but in 2010 underwent a multimillion pound renovation carried out by David Pearson, the previous English owner. It's current Swiss based owners have once again totally renovated the property (in 2023). This unique chalet (the largest catered chalet in Verbier) exudes contemporary luxury with the highest quality fixtures and fittings and custom-made furniture.
The most recent work has created a billiards/games room, and a brand new, state-of-the-art spa, with a 'magic thermic' swimming pool/hot tub (heated to 34 degrees), sauna and hammam, alongside a new outdoor Jacuzzi with outdoor bar.
The result of this is understated, contemporary alpine style. A mix of calm colours, traditional wooden beams, stone and custom made furniture make this property one of the best places to come back to after a day on the slopes. The chalet can sleep up to 28 guests in thirteen bedrooms although the usual max capacity is 26 guests - two people to a room. The chalet is normally taken on an exclusive use basis but on some weeks of the season the chalet is opened up to be booked by the room.
One of the main highlights of this chalet is the luxury spa which has a large stainless steel pool/hot tub, steam room and hot tub. Outside the chalet has plenty of space to enjoy the late season sun, there is a decked terrace which has fantastic views over the valley below and a hot tub where guests can enjoy a glass of champagne and watch the sun go down.
For those who like their movies, No.14 boasts a home cinema with an oversized U shaped sofa. This entertainment room also has the latest games consoles and a selection of children's toys and games.
All of the bedrooms here have been furnished in the same style as the rest of the chalet with many luxury furnishings. There are 10 x luxury guest bedrooms plus a further 3 x master double rooms with extra space for a 3rd single bed and balcony with loungers.
There is a dedicated team of 15 staff members to make sure you have an unforgettable holiday experience. Most of the staff will have worked in Verbier for at least one year previously and some for many years. The chefs have cooked in some of the best restaurants in the world and menus will be carefully designed to cater for all tastes or requirements from the group.
