Overview
Chalet Marius is a semi detached 259 square metre property completed summer 2024. It has a prestigous location in the Le Legettaz area and has stunning uninterrupted views up the Le Manchet Valley. The edge of the piste coming down from the Solaise slopes is just 100 metres from the chalet and this is where you can ski to and from. The descent down to the main lift hub from here is very gentle.
The property offers five en-suite guest bedrooms, a private cinema room and an outdoor hot tub on the south facing terrace with lovely views of the Le Manchet Valley.
