Apartment Le Caribou is a luxury 3rd floor apartment located within the latest development created by Jean-Charles Covarel in Val d'Isere. Since the turn of the century his architectural/development company has produced scores of high quality chalets in this prestigious resort. All his properties are finished with an instantly recognisable style and flair and the Residence Canadienne, which opened December 2016, is no exception.

The apartment is dual aspect, offering 127 square metres of living space with four en-suite bedrooms. Located on the quiet 'back road' of Val d'Isere the resort centre is only 6 minutes' walk away and the slopes can either be reached with a similar length walk or a short bus ride (the bus system in Val d'Isere is unbelievably efficient). The ski locker and boot warmers are on the ground floor of the building and there is an internal lift to reach this, and all other apartments in the building.

There are three double bedrooms and one twin/double room with two rooms on the lower floor and two on the upper floor. The south facing views from the main sitting room are excellent and look out over the resort centre of Val d'Isere towards the Solaise slopes.
