Apartment Cala Slopeside, located in the prestigious La Legettaz area of Val d'Isere, is a luxury five-bedroom duplex apartment. Newly built (by Jean-Charles Covarel) and finished to a high standard, the new development overlooks the La Face piste and is only a short stroll form the nearest lifts and shops, it is possible to ski within metres of the residence. An ideal property in one of the world's most popular resorts.

On the entry floor you will find the open plan kitchen, dining and living area which is very spacious and welcoming. Decorated in a modern classic chalet style, with wooden textures and plush furnishings. The social space feels elegant and relaxing with carefully selected neutral tones. Up to ten guests can sit at the large dining table which is fitted beside the contemporary kitchen. A fireplace is the focal point of the living area, giving the room a warm and comforting atmosphere. Stunning views of the La Face piste and Bellevarde Mountain can be seen through the floor to ceiling windows.

There are three very spacious and sumptuous double en-suite bedrooms located on this floor. There is also a small sauna with a dedicated shower and an inviting outdoor hot tub on the terrace, where you can soak in the relaxing waters whilst admiring the mountain views.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located up a flight of stairs. There is a large double bedroom in the eaves of the building with an en-suite roll-top bath and access to a balcony and also a smaller bedroom with bathroom. The apartment enjoys use of private laundry facilities and a ski room with private ski lockers.
