Chalet Santons 7 in Val d'Isere is a modern apartment on the first floor of a small complex right in the heart of the resort. Arguably situated in the best location in town with the centre just around the corner, the lifts less than one minute's walk and a great bar on the doorstep! This apartment is finished to a high standard, with tastefully selected furniture and a minimalistic approach adopted in order to maximise space and give a homely feel to the property. Noise is never an issue as this apartment is at the rear of the property, and the bar on the opposite side is well insulated and noise proof. We have never had a complaint about noise from any of our guests residing in this building.

The hallway has a ski boot dryer, racks for boots and a cupboard for ski jackets. It is 100sq m so offers space and comfort. It has very spacious open plan living accommodation with three sofas, 2 leather chairs, large French flat screen TV, DVD and the fireplace to enhance the atmosphere. The dining area and kitchen are on the other side of the open plan layout.

The owners have fully equipped the kitchen with everything you need with a proper size oven, four ring electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There is a balcony off the living room that overlooks the Solaise and Bellevarde sectors of the Espace Killy. You can soak up the sun and take in the view from this south facing balcony.
