Apartment 37 Val D'Illaz

Chalet 37 Val d'Illaz in Val d'Isere is an apartment located on the second floor of a modern chalet apartment building on the main street of Val d'Isere. Just 5 minutes away up the road is the centre of town with a huge selection of bars, restaurants and shops. If you do not fancy the stroll, there is a regular shuttle bus from right outside the building taking you to the various areas throughout the resort. For larger groups, we can also rent Chalet 42 Val d'Illaz, sleeping a further 2-4 guests.

There is a lift from the ground floor entrance of the main residence (key coded at all times) to the second floor where the 37 Val d'Illaz is located. On entering the 75 square metre apartment, guests will have a space to remove ski boots and outdoor shoes, including a bench with plenty of space for hanging your jackets and ski gear.

From here you then have the main living room off to the right of the hallway and the bedrooms on the left side of the property. The kitchen has cream units, a microwave, 4 ring electric hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, normal size oven, marble wall tiles and dark stone floor. The kitchen is open plan to the living & dining room with new curtains this summer (quality, wool curtains) and a new sofa was put in place just a couple of seasons ago. 6 guests can be comfortably seated around the dining table and a new dresser sits against the far wall within this dining space. There is a balcony running the length of this room which overlooks the main street and up towards the Solaise mountain. This is the quieter end of town, with most bars and restaurants closer to the town centre.

High quality curtains have also been fitted in all of the 3 bedrooms. The master room consists of a double bed with an en-suite shower room with basin and also a separate wc. The two further twin bedrooms share a second shower room and a second separate wc.
