Apartment 203 Aquila

L'Aquila in Val d'Isere is a ski in/ski out property in a fantastic location right at the end of the slopes of the Rond Point area. The apartment is very close to the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars and a short walk to the resort centre and the many shops and restaurants. The bus stop that links all the Val d'Isere areas is right by the chalet as well. L'Aquila was purchased by a developer and the building has undergone a total restoration under the expert eye of Alain Perrier, a local prestigious architect with an impressive portfolio of high end properties designed and built by his company.

Chalet 203 Aquila covers 2 floors; the entrance to the apartment is on the lower floor and leads into the open plan sitting room on one side and the dining area on the other side. The living and dining are both sit 6 people comfortably. The chalet is equipped with a modern kitchen that has a 4 ring hob, normal size oven, microwave, kettle, toaster & dishwasher.

There are 3 well-appointed bedrooms in the chalet; the spacious master suite on the upper floor has an ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and shower attachment, double sinks and a separate ensuite wc. There are two further bedrooms; one twin/double and one twin. These rooms share a shower room and wc. All three bedrooms have access to a balcony. There is a third separate WC downstairs off the entrance area.
