Apartment 107 Aquila

L'Aquila in Val d'Isere is a ski in/ski out property in a fantastic location right at the end of the slopes of the Rond Point area. The apartment is very close to the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars and a short walk to the resort centre and the many shops and restaurants. The bus stop that links all the Val d'Isere areas is right by the chalet as well. L'Aquila was purchased by a developer and the building has undergone a total restoration under the expert eye of Alain Perrier, a local prestigious architect with an impressive portfolio of high end properties designed and built by his company.

Chalet 107 Aquila is split over two floors. The first three bedrooms are on the first floor as you enter the apartment. The Master Suite is a spacious bedroom with bedside tables, chest of drawers, built in wardrooms and a dressing table. There is an en-suite bathroom with a full size bath and double sinks as well as a separate shower in the opposite corner. The bedroom also has a large flat-screen TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 2 can be a triple or a double/twin. This room is en-suite and has a bath with a wall mounted shower, large sink and WC. There is a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. Bedroom 3 can be either a double or a twin (this room does not have a window). The bedroom is en-suite with double sinks, a shower and a WC. There is a small flat screen TV and DVD player.

Up onto the second floor is the open plan living area which can comfortably seat up to 8 people. There is a large flat screen TV with SKY and a DVD player as well as a sound system. The dining area is part of the same room and is close to the kitchen - there is seating for 8 people. The modern kitchen is to your right, and has a breakfast bar set up with three bar stools. It is well equipped and has a 4 ring electric hob, large fridge, normal size electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

From the living area, you can access the balcony that looks up at the Solaise and over the nursery slopes towards to the village. A further balcony facing the same way can be found off the 4th bedroom, which is also located on the second floor.

Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom with a flat screen TV and DVD player. The room is en-suite with a shower, sink and WC. There is also a balcony looking across towards the village of Val d'Isere.
