Chalet Malina is a lovely traditional 124 square metre property in St Martin de Belleville with lovely far reaching views from the sitting room and its balcony. There are three main spacious guest bedrooms (the master double having its own en-suite bathroom) plus a bunk bedroom which allows the chalet to sleep up to 8 guests.

The upper floor sitting room has dual aspect views and access to a balcony (with outdoor seating) that has the most amazing mountain views. The wood panelling and stone interior create a wonderful alpine experience and the wood burning fireplace is a welcoming feature.

The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped (and includes a dishwasher as well as Nespresso coffee machine) and is situated right opposite the large balcony. Two leather sofas offer ample relaxation space in front of the roaring log fire.

Chalet Malina is located in a popular area of St Martin de Belleville which is a quiet neighbourhood yet within easy walking reach of the centre of the village. This fabulous location offers all necessary amenities such as a supermarket, a good choice of restaurants, a handful of bars, a great bakery, several ski rental shops and more - all within easy walking distance (400 metres or less).

The closest ski lift (a one-man drag lift) is located within a flat walk of 400 metres and this brings skiers up to the higher part of the village within a couple of minutes. In the upper part of the village you can find the main St Martin 1 Gondola station, the ski pass office, further ski rental shops and the ski school meeting points. The walk to the Huit a Huit (the nearest supermarket) and bars and restaurants is a flat walk of less than 5 minutes. On foot the higher part of the village can be reached in less than 15 minutes and this is a pleasant stroll through the charming village centre.
