Chalet Grand Sapin

Chalet Grand Sapin in Morzine has a superb location near the centre of this sprawling resort and also near either of the main lift stations. Situated on the same road as the Super Morzine gondola the chalet is no more than 260 metres from the lift. The Pleney cable car which accesses the ski area shared with Les Gets is less than 300 metres away in the opposite direction. This makes either lift no more than 3 minutes' walk from the chalet, even in ski boots. The Chalet Grand Sapin is tucked behind the Taille de Mas du Grand Hotel (one of Morzine's main streets) in a quiet residential enclave in the centre of the resort and the tourist office and all the shops and bars are no more than a couple of minutes' walk away. The micro-brewery, Bec Jaune, is literally on the next corner - perfect for an apres ski beer before getting back to the chalet for a relaxing evening.

The main sitting/dining room has large floor to ceiling windows which offer fantastic views as well as creating a light filled main living space. This main room also benefits from a cosy open fireplace. There are six guest bedrooms (including a highly prized single room) spread over three floors, two shower rooms and two bathrooms. There is also an optional family room with en-suite facilities and four beds.

The stand out reason to book this chalet is the operator. You are guaranteed to be extremely well looked after. They will also take care of pre-booking all of those niggly extras, like ski school and lift passes.
