Chalet Gouter

Chalet Gouter in Morzine has been designed from the ground up to offer the best in catered chalet holiday living. The expansive sitting room is on the top floor under the vaulted eaves of the roof. This magnificent room has been furnished in some style with two chic leather sofas and offers staggering views up the Nyon Valley in one direction and over Morzine centre in the other. In another area of this lovely room is a further sofa, log burner and flat screen TV. There is also a bar for you to enjoy and a balcony.

The largest balcony of the chalet is accessed from the floor below and also offers outdoor seating (lovely in March and April) as well as a hot tub with views over the local woods.

The centre of Morzine can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes but there is also a driver service (on-call) which operates throughout the day.

All six bedrooms offer en-suite facilities and are decorated with elegant lighting and artwork. The beds are covered in smart woollen throws and handmade cushions, and with modern large west facing windows the rooms are filled with mountain light. One of the rooms has an en-suite bathroom and also a bunk bed which makes it ideal for a family with one or two smaller children.

The property is a mix of industrial styles and soft luxurious furnishings. There are interesting and unique pieces which have been carefully curated - one of which is the dining table made from Dutch cheese making planks (the circular marks from the old cheeses can still be seen).
