Chalet Le Manoir

Chalet Le Manoir, located within easy walking distance of the centre of Morzine, is an exceptional property. For over two centuries it was home to the local notary (it was a grace and favour residence that went with the post) but it has recently been bought and fully redeveloped into a stunning alpine home which makes the most of its historic past and every modern luxury. There are metre thick walls, priceless mosaic floors, the original flagstones in the hallway and many beautiful original features. The rooms, as you might imagine from a building that dates back to 1790, are very generously proportioned by modern day standards but have been filled with up to date conveniences - walk-in showers and roll top baths for the bathrooms; flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi throughout the chalet.

With a fantastic location in the very heart of the resort and just 200 metres from the bottom of the piste and the Pleney lifts this chalet is going to be hugely popular. There are two separate sitting rooms (one formal and one less formal TV snug), five bedrooms, a magnificent dining room, a few fireplaces and an outside how tub with an amazing views.
