Chalet Lorne

Chalet Lorne is a five bedroom self-catering property which is located on the sunny side of the valley and 15 minutes' walk into the centre of Morzine. The free bus service stops nearby and you can catch this in one direction to the main lifts at Ardent or in the other direction to Morzine centre. The chalet is part of a new development which enjoys a peaceful setting, overlooking the Parc des Dereches. The hot tub on the deck gives guests full advantage of the wonderful views across the valley and a hot soak is the perfect way to relax after a day on the hill.

There are five en-suite bedrooms including a master double that has a bath as well as shower. Four of the rooms can be configured as either twins or doubles making for flexible sleeping arrangements. There is also a king sofa bed that can accommodate a further two guests.

The ground floor entrance level opens into a beautiful, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. There are two comfortable seating areas allowing guests to enjoy an evening around the fireplace, or to relax in front of the TV. The dining room and kitchen are located on this level so guests can take in the views through floor to ceiling windows that look out to the forest and the alpine village of Cote d'Abroz. Leading out from the living room is a fantastic deck which on a sunny day is bathed in sunshine throughout the day. Perfect for alfresco dining in the summer or for enjoying a glass of champagne in the hot tub surrounded by snow in winter.

With twinkling ceiling lights and UK Sky TV, the cinema room on the middle floor is perfect for relaxing and watching a movie after a day skiing. The sofa in this room is a sofa bed offering flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. This can be set up as a double bed if required for 11th and 12th persons.

A large garage offers adequate parking for self-driving guests and the bus stop is just a few minutes' walk from the chalet. The bus is free and runs in both summer and winter making this chalet a great self-catered option. If you prefer, a resort driver service is available to add on to your winter holiday meaning that you can be collected and dropped off whenever you choose. Please call for details.
