Chalet L'Erine

The Chalet L'Erine in Meribel Les Allues is in an ideal location for easy access to the lifts. The property is only 100m away from the main gondola going up to the centre of Meribel and the rest of the vast Three Valleys skiing area. From this location you also have great access to the shops, bars and restaurants in this in this lovely traditional alpine village.

The Chalet L'Erine offers plenty of space and comfort for a group of twelve to thirteen people and has been finished to a really high standard by a local family. Guests at this chalet can take advantage of a lovely outdoor hot-tub, a fantastic way to relax some muscles after a long day on the slopes. The large and light open plan living/dining area is warm and comforting with a small log burner and comfortable furnishings. Off this living area there is a large south facing sun terrace which is ideal for soaking up during the later months of the ski season. Upstairs there are five en-suite bedrooms spread across three floors. All of these rooms are of a decent size with en-suite showers and one family room with and en-suite bathroom.

This chalet is blessed with the benefits of Modern technology with under floor heating, individual room temperature control and large double glazed windows with excellent views. This chalet would be great for a couple of families or a group of friends and if you have a larger group there are a several more chalets close by which can be booked together.

Please note: Special Dietary requirements. Your chalet staff can happily cater for vegetarians and children's menus. Please note, that whilst they try to be flexible with reasonable dietary requirements it is difficult for your Chalet Hosts to accommodate many different meal requests. Please advise us in advance if you follow a gluten free, dairy free, lactose intolerant or vegan diet, and we'll find out if the chalet staff can adapt their daily set menu.

The local free Meribus service (which stops just a couple of minutes' walk from the chalet) connects Meribel Les Allues with main resort Meribel (10 minute journey). This runs from 07.30hrs each morning until half past midnight each night. At peak times in the morning and late afternoon the service is every 15 minutes which means enjoying an après ski drink in Meribel before returning to Les Allues for your chalet dinner is very do-able. Likewise if you fancy a party after dinner it is very easy to catch the free bus service back to main resort Meribel, and if you wish to stay out later than half past midnight (the last bus back) there is a ready supply of local taxis from the main square in Meribel.

Alternatively you can take the Olympe Gondola from Meribel Les Allues to the Chaudanne area of main Meribel. This also takes 10 minutes and the gondola station is two minutes' walk from the chalet.

Guests usually rent ski lockers at the base of the main Chaudanne lifts and ski school meeting point in main Meribel. This means they can either catch the free Meribus, or take the Olympe gondola, without the need to carry skis or walk in ski boots.
