Overview
Chalet Serenia in La Tania is a new chalet completed in summer 2026. The chalet was formerly an old traditional chalet but has now been gutted and made into a very comfortable alpine property for 6 guests. It has three en-suite bedrooms (shower and wc) two of which also have balconies. The top floor open plan sitting and dining room has double height ceiling and large south facing windows which give lovely views of the slopes and forest near La Loze.
The edge of the home piste is just 200 metres from the chalet (the point at which you can either put on skis or take them off) and the centre of the resort is just 100 metres further on. In good snow conditions, guests will be able to ski back to the property on the track that links to the village centre.
