Chalet L'Arctique has a prime position just metres away from the La Croisette of Courchevel 1850. It is 30 metres from the main lift stations, ski school meeting points and the bottom of the home pistes.

This stunning alpine property offers 330 square metres of living space spread across five floors. The lower floor houses the chalet spa with indoor Jacuzzi hot tub and swimming pool. The three middle floors have six guest bedrooms (including one bunk room ideal for children).

The top floor is reserved for the main living and dining area with stunning views across the centre of Courchevel 1850. Apart from the spa this top floor living space is the highlight of the property. Large doors flood the space with lots of sparkling mountain light, offering stunning views of the ski lifts, village centre, and the distant Aiguille de Mey Mountain. The well-equipped kitchen boasts a double-door American fridge and sleek cabinetry. The solid walnut dining table seats up to 16 guests (there is plenty of space for all) and this is lit by an impressive tear-drop chandelier above, creating a wonderful dining atmosphere. The cosy living area features a wrap-around sofa and two velvet armchairs, all centred around a hanging wood-burning fireplace.

On the entrance floor, you'll find a hall with a sitting area for two and a fireplace, as well as a small, useful kitchenette. Ski lockers with boot heaters are conveniently located here (offering a quick getaway to the lifts and slopes in the morning), along with the final double bedroom with a 140cm bed and an en-suite shower room. A washer and dryer area with a guest WC adjoins this bedroom but can also be accessed from the hallway.

The spa floor offers a sanctuary of relaxation. Enjoy the indoor swimming pool and hot tub, complete with a flat-screen TV - the perfect space for unwinding after a hard day on the hill.
