Apartment Castano

The Mascara Residence of Courchevel 1850 opened in 2023 and replaces a former municipal building from the original development of the resort in the 1960's. The site has prime location on the edge of the Tovets piste giving immediate access to the slopes immediately below the centre of Courchevel 1850. There are 11 apartments in total ranging from 2 - 4 bedrooms and they all have access to a shared spa and wellness centre with indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Nordic bath, sauna, and relaxation area. There's also a well-equipped gym with various ergos, a ski shop and indoor parking.

Apartment Castano is a 126 square metre, 2nd floor apartment with three double bedrooms and a bunk room. It comfortably sleeps 6 adults with space for two extra children. The open plan kitchen, living and dining room features a corner fireplace and is decorated in a contemporary alpine style with use of locally sourced wood and stone combined with neutral colors.

The balcony gives north westerly views directly across the piste leading down to Courcheve Village and the start of the toboggan run.
