Overview
Chalet San Pietro is a 360 square metre stand-alone property in the new Stelvio residential development of Courchevel Village. Located just two minutes' walk from the bottom of the pistes and also the centre of resort this stunning chalet has a great location with easy proximity to and from the ski area and also the resort facilities and amenities.
The chalet is laid out over five floors with the lowest floor dedicated to a spa area with indoor swimming pool, sauna, gym, treatment/massage room, relaxation area and shower. On the next floor up there is a family suite that is comprised of a double bedroom connected to a separate quad bunkroom that can sleep up to four children. Going up another level are three guest bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities. The next floor is the main entrance level with lobby, ski & boot room plus the sixth bedroom. The upper most floor offers the main open plan living, dining and kitchen area plus a large balcony with breath-taking views across the resort of Courchevel Village and the main Tarentaise Valley beyond.
Located under 200 metres from the Grangettes gondola (which takes you to Courchevel 1850 in just a few minutes), Chalet San Pietro is an ideal base camp for exploring the fabulous 3 Valleys ski domain. Courchevel's newest attraction, the Aquamotion water park, is located at the entrance to Courchevel Village so is easily reached.
