The Apartment Phoenix 401 is located on the 4th floor (there is lift access) of the Phoenix Residence which is located at the foot of the home slopes, next to the Grangettes gondola station and also on the main street of Courchevel Village. As locations go this one is hard to beat - ski in ski out access to and from the 3 Valleys ski area, AND the resort centre on your doorstep!

This 96 square metre property offers an array of bedrooms. There are 2 x double rooms, a children's bunk room with extra single pullout bed (all beds are 90cms x 190cms) with en-suite bathroom and a further cabine room (no window) with another set of bunks (also 90cms x 190cms). In total the apartment can accommodate 9 guests at full capacity.

Guests will appreciate the living spaces with their modern decor. The main living area features a sitting room and a modern kitchen opening onto a dining area. The balcony runs the full length of the apartment and this also leads to a south-facing terrace at the rear of the property overlooking the home slopes and the Grangettes gondola station. This spot is ideal for pleasant lunches and sunbathing.

After a day out on the mountain guests can relax in the residence's shared wellness area, which features a sauna, hammam and massage room.
