Chalet Scierie

The Chalet Scierie in Chamonix is a freestanding 180 square metre property that offers ample space for up to 8 guests. It is located 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Chamonix, and 2 minutes from the Flegere lift station and 5 minutes from the Grands Montets ski area of Argentiere. With fabulous views of the Mont Blanc massif from the sitting room and sunny south facing terrace (complete with hot tub) this chalet is a great find for a group of friends or two families with younger children for the 4th bedroom under the eaves.

This pretty chalet is in a wonderful mountain setting next to an old traditional chapel with the sound of the river running past - it really offers an idyllic alpine setting.  

On the ground floor of the chalet is the large entrance hall and ski & boot room. Also on this floor is a new master double bedroom with dressing area and en-suite shower room. The living area is open plan with well equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area. The high quality kitchen has a beautiful range cooker, breakfast bar, granite worktops, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge with a small freezer unit. There are also full laundry facilities with a washing machine and tumbledryer in the spacious basement area. The living/dining area is perfectly suited for relaxing in comfortable armchairs and sofa around the large open fireplace. With large windows looking out towards Mont Blanc guests can enjoy magical sunsets (especially later in the season during March and April). 

On the lower floor is a laundry room and a new dedicated cinema room.
