Chalet Christiane

Chalet Christiane is located just above the centre of St. Anton in a quiet yet fairly convenient location. The centre and the lifts of St Anton are both within easy reach.

The cosy living room with 2 sitting areas has large windows with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. You can also access the sunny balcony through the living room to enjoy the fresh air and the view. The chalet is equipped with a sauna to relax aching muscles at the end of the day. In the separate dining room, our chalet hosts provide a delicious, extensive breakfast and in the evening a tasteful 3-course dinner.

The bedrooms are bright with warm wooden features and benefit from en suite facilities.

The free ski bus to the Rendlbahn ski lift stops 100 meters from the chalet. It runs daily every 20 minutes until late in the evening. The Rendlbahn and the lively centre of St. Anton can also be reached on foot within 15 minutes downhill. Walking back to the chalet is uphill so we would recommend the bus or a taxi which is inexpensive if shared.

NB: This chalet is operated by a Dutch tour operator, who have been in the catered ski chalet business since 1977, operating 37 ski chalets in France, Austria and Italy.

The main difference between a 'normal' British-run chalet, which you will be familiar with, and the Dutch product is that afternoon tea and cakes are not included. However, house wine, beers, soft drinks, and tea and coffee are available and are included in the cost of your holiday.

Breakfasts will be continental in style with cheese, hams and bread, yogurt and fruit juices, tea and coffee.

Below are examples of typical evening dinners:

Starter: Basil bruschetta with fresh tomato and mozzarella.
Main: Meat loaf with roasted onions, mushrooms and tomatoes, pomme gratin, salad with red onion, cucumber, feta and olives.
Pud: Poached pears with chocolate mousse.

Or

Starter: Giant mushrooms stuffed with bacon and bleu d'Auvergne served with a warm 'Morzinoise' roll.
Main: Braised cod with a mustard cream sauce, mashed potatoes and roasted winter vegetables.
Pud: Warm pear apple crumb pie with ice cream.

Afternoon tea and cakes are not included in the cost of the holiday. If you would like to have afternoon tea and cakes you can pay a small supplement. Please call for details.
Resort tax will be required to be paid in resort. (paid by adults only).
