Chalet Angel

Chalet Angel in St Anton is one of the oldest buildings in the resort, located close to the famous onion domed church on the main street. The property is just 150 metres from the very efficient Nasserein gondola station, beginners' area and bottom of the main slopes. It is therefore very easy to get skiing in the morning and families with smaller children will appreciate the ease of access to the Nasserein ski school meeting point (skis and boots can also be left with the Alber Sport store which is next door to the gondola station).

The walk into the centre of St Anton takes 6 - 8 minutes but there is a free bus that stops just 200 metres from the chalet if you don't wish to walk.

Being one of the oldest chalets in St Anton the property has a traditional wooden panelled dining stube with plenty of Tyrolean charm. There is a separate panelled sitting room area with bench seating surrounding a table. However, please note that there is no large sitting room with sofas and armchairs.

For guests' added benefit there is an indoor sauna with relaxation area. This, coupled with an excellent location and great value prices, makes Chalet Angel a popular choice with our clients. Early booking is recommended.

On the ground floor guests will find Wirts Private Bar (which is unstocked) with its under counter refrigeration units that can be used to chill all wines, beer and champagne stocks (bought by clients locally). There are bar stools seating 8+ and and a guest wc off the stube. The chalet's kitchen which is also on the ground floor (next to the Stube and dining area) has recently been fitted out with a new Miele domestic dishwasher.

Mid-week or long weekend stays may also be possible on a Wednesday to Saturday (or Saturday to Wednesday) basis during January and other low season periods (subject to availability).

We have priced the Chalet Angel on a self-catered basis for 12 guests. However, the main chalet can sleep up to 15 people (the extra beds are charged at a reduced price). If you don't wish to self-cater a local professional catering company can deliver ready-to-serve dinners (subject to availability). The cost for this is approximately 35 euros per person per night which would be for 3 course dinner: soup starter, main course and desert. Canapés and pre-dinner drinks can also be added if required. Additionally, there is a self-contained apartment on the top floor with a double bed, and a convertible sofas bed and another private kitchen plus elegant bathroom with shower and bath. Therefore an additional 2 - 4 adults can be accommodated (at an extra cost) to sleep an absolute maximum of 19 guests across both properties. The upstairs apartment can only be booked when one party take the whole property. Otherwise it is held for the chalet owner's use.

Check-out from the chalet needs to be by 10.00hrs to allow housekeeping time to prepare the property for incoming guests.
