Apartment Chalech 4

The Chalech 4 is a smart apartment chalet of 379 square metres. Spread over three floors there are six principal guest bedrooms including one quad bunk room. The property therefore sleeps 12 - 14 guests with ease.

The Chalech development is just 10 minutes' walk (or 3 minutes' drive) from the centre of Lech. There is the Schlosskopf-bahn chairlift just a couple of minutes from the chalet.

As well as its own private spa facilities (sauna and steam room) the Chalech 4 has access to the shared spa of the building. This includes a wonderful stainless steel swimming pool, gym and tepidarium. The main open plan living and dining area on the top floor has great views over the village centre with its night time twinkling lights and also of the mountains and Oberlech. The large balcony really comes into its own in the warmer months of March and April and for the colder winter months there is a wood burning stove in the sitting room.

Adjoining the living space is the dining area which comfortably seats fourteen guests. Overlooking this space is a modern kitchen area which is equipped with all the essentials for preparing food and offer plenty of storage space. The top floor is also where the master en-suite bedroom is located. This luxurious room has a stand-alone bath in its centre as well as a generous sized shower and 'his and her' sinks. There is a separate wc which can be accessed from both the bedroom and the hallway.

A cosy media/cinema room, with comfy L-shaped sofa and large screen TV, as well as a fridge, makes an excellent place to retreat to at the end of the day, or for all the family to indulge in some movie time.
